How to Contribute
Policy Insights welcomes contributions that support more informed, connected and evidence-informed higher education policymaking in Southeast Asia. As a platform of SEAMEO RIHED, it brings together ideas, evidence and perspectives from across the region to encourage dialogue, learning and collaboration.
We invite policymakers, researchers, practitioners, institutions, development partners and emerging voices to contribute to the platform in meaningful ways.
Contribute a Policy Insight
Policy Insights welcomes original submissions that offer clear, relevant and evidence-informed perspectives on higher education policy in Southeast Asia. Contributions may include policy commentary, analysis of emerging issues, reflections from practice, country or regional perspectives, and research-informed articles written for a broader audience. Submissions should be accessible, relevant and grounded in evidence, experience or policy engagement.
Get Featured
Policy Insights also welcomes opportunities to feature individuals, institutions, initiatives, publications and projects that contribute to higher education policy and development in Southeast Asia. Features may include expert profiles, project highlights, research spotlights, interviews, or short articles that share lessons, innovations and experiences with a wider audience. This provides a way for contributors to share their work and perspectives without submitting a full policy article.
Share Resources
Relevant resources that support dialogue and understanding in higher education policy may also be considered for inclusion on the platform. These may include policy briefs, reports, working papers, tools, frameworks, event summaries and other knowledge resources that are relevant to Southeast Asia. Selected materials may be highlighted where appropriate to support wider access to useful knowledge and practice.
Collaborate With Us
Policy Insights welcomes collaboration with organizations and individuals working to strengthen higher education systems in Southeast Asia. Collaboration may take different forms, including co-developed content, thematic series, expert contributions, knowledge-sharing activities, policy dialogues and other initiatives aligned with the goals of the platform.
